Placing An Order

You can expedite your order by making sure all the information on your order form is complete and correct. Refer to our catalog to ensure your order has the correct stock numbers, dimensions and material. We encourage you to use the FAX Order/Quote Inquiry Forms located throughout the catalog to minimize possible verbal errors. Special modified/custom items shall require an approval signature. Our policy is to ship the same day when possible or next day on stock items.

Variation Of Quantity

On special modified/custom orders Ken Forging, Inc. reserves the right to a quantity variation for allowances in manufacturing.


Established accounts: 1% – 10 days; Net 30.
Customers who have not ordered in over two years will need to complete a new credit application (click link to download) in order to re-establish an account with Ken Forging, Inc. Past payment history with Ken Forging, Inc. will be taken into account regardless of the credit application results.
For your convenience Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.


F.O.B. Jefferson, Ohio – Customer must advise their preferred method of shipment. LTL shipments will be insured ONLY if specifically requested by customer. ALL UPS SHIPMENTS will be insured at current UPS rate unless customer specifies otherwise. ALL UPS SHIPMENTS will be charged a handling fee based upon total number of cartons shipped.


Prices are effective immediately and supersede all previous prices listed in catalogs & catalog supplements.

Handling Lost or Damaged Products

If a shipment is lost, notify our sales department as quickly as possible. We will assist in tracing the shipment and contact you regarding the disposition of the order. If you receive damaged products, notify the shipper immediately so that a claim may be filed by the responsible party. If you do not check product upon arrival, you will not have a valid claim against the shipper after 5 working days. For a shipment discrepancy, call Ken Forging, Inc. immediately. We cannot be responsible for claims after five (5) working days.

Return Policy

In the event that you need to return products, you must call first for authorization; otherwise, a credit cannot be issued. Return shipments must be prepaid. A restocking fee of 25% on the value of product or $30.00 minimum (whichever is greater) will apply. Product cannot be accepted for return after ninety (90) days from shipment date.


Ken Forging, Inc. warrants its products against defective materials and workmanship at time of shipment. Carrier assumes responsibility for damage in transit.
