SAFETY COORDINATOR

We are seeking a driven individual who is proactive and detail-oriented to fill the Safety Coordinator role within our organization.

Duties Include:
  • Develop, implement, and continually improve safety policies that align with OSHA standards and EPA regulations.
  • Lead safety training sessions focused on OSHA compliance, first aid procedures, CPR certification, and workers’ compensation law.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and track corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans, including first aid readiness and occupational health protocols, to ensure effective and timely response.
  • Maintain accurate safety records, documentation of training sessions, incident reports, and compliance audits.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies that promote a culture of safety awareness across all manufacturing operations.

Candidate should have basic knowledge of manufacturing safety guidelines, be able to maintain established safety plans, and be comfortable with standard computer applications.


BUILDING MAINTENANCE

  • 1st SHIFT (6:00am – 4:30pm, overtime varies) Monday – Friday, and some Saturday’s

Duties include working with various heavy construction equipment (e.g. backhoe, trencher, and bulldozer.) Must have prior manufacturing construction experience.


CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • 1st SHIFT Monday – Friday

Duties include data entry, filing, handling customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and fax, maintaining accurate customer account records, expediting existing orders, and overall support to customer’s specific requirements.

Candidates should have good communication skills, be a team player, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

We will consider all experience levels and are willing to train the right candidates.

 


FORGE HAMMER AND IMPACTOR OPERATORS

  • 1st SHIFT ONLY (6:00am – 3:30pm, 9-hour days) Monday – Friday

Duties include forging hot steel bars, operating a trim press, furnace, drop forge hammer or impactor. We are willing to train the right candidates.


INSIDE SALES

  • 1st SHIFT Monday – Friday

Duties include handling customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and fax, maintaining constant communication with customers to better understand their direct needs, processing quote requests and sales orders.

Candidates must understand and retain adequate product knowledge and general application use, have good communication skills, be a team player, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

We will consider all experience levels and are willing to train the right candidates.

 


MACHINIST/TOOL AND DIE MAKER

  • 1st SHIFT (6:00am – 2:30pm, overtime varies) Monday – Friday, and some Saturday’s

Duties include setup and programming of CNC mills and lathes, design and fabrication of precision tools, dies, and fixtures, reading and interpreting technical blueprints and product plans.

Candidate must be proficient in using precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Strong mathematical skills are required for precise calculations related to measurements and tolerances. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship, and experience with CAD/CAM software and technology is a plus.

We will consider applicants freshly out of trade school in-lieu of experience.


SALES ASSISTANT

  • 1st SHIFT Monday – Friday

Duties include data entry, filing, and other basic office responsibilities.

Candidate should have good communication skills, be a team player, detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.


SHIPPING CLERK

  • 1st SHIFT Monday – Friday

Duties include, but not limited to: loading and unloading trucks, pulling, sorting, assembling, counting, packing, and labeling products, data entry, and running machines, as needed.
